Day 2 Make a positive sleep space

We all know how much better we feel after a good night's sleep. Give yourself the best chance: Tidy up, banish all screens and standby lights, change the sheets, keep light levels low, make the last thing you do before bed quiet and restful. Maybe have a bath, read, meditate or pray.
